When it comes to developing athletes we take an individualistic approach. Every athlete begins with an assessment that includes goal setting, needs analysis, injury and sport history, as well as a multifaceted movement assessment.
From here, we determine what program the athlete is interested in; either our High Performance Program, Elite Pitching Program, Elite Hitting Program, or our TPL Speed Program. Depending on the program that the athlete is participating in, further assessments/metrics will be gathered to determine even more what is of highest need for the athlete.
