I began my coaching career as most strength coaches by working with high school and collegiate athletes to achieve optimal performance with strength, speed, power, agility and endurance. However, in recent years I’ve enjoyed satisfaction in working with adults 55 years of age or older to improve their health and quality of life as they continue to enjoy unique life experiences with freedom and independence.
